How I feel after a month....

No fun at all; feedback needed | Ludum Dare

Working from home

I've always thought that I would like to work from home, but it has been a lot different in reality.
The main reason I enjoy working as a Teacher is because I like interacting with young people & I love teaching ICT.

But online I miss seeing all of my students and having fun. There is so little time, and so much to do, the fun has disappeared!!

I find that I am working far longer hours than I would at school, and have a headache at the end of most days :(

I think it wouldn't be quite as bad if there was an opportunity to socialise outside of the house after work.
I am doing a lot of reading & playing Scrabble. Yoga has now become  a part of  every day, and I will keep on with this once we get back to school. That's one good thing :)

I make sure I go out every day, and am enjoying the Haagse Bois. This is my favourite bird of this week, the Egyptian Goose!

Hurray!!

I had expected that we would be forced to close, as the news all pointed to it. I still felt very unprepared to move all teaching online without any time to talk to students about how to use Teams and explain the work we would be doing. But on the plus side....

Things I could do (or stop doing!):

Set my alarm later each morning
